We begin our program where many programs end.
Most people realize that eating right and exercising regularly doesn’t always guarantee weight reduction results. Even more of a challenge is to keep the weight off once you have reached your goal.
The wellness weight management program is the key to successful long term weight reduction as you heal the cause of the excess weight gain and so are able to get off of the cycle of yoyo dieting.
Our programs main focus is applied to the primary cause of excess weight: the dieter’s mindset, patterns and belief systems. We delve deep into the root cause of the problem and remove any belief that would sabotage your efforts and replace them with a positive mindset. We work with your subconscious mind and your energy field which is very powerful combination to give you the control that you need to be successful.
In our 4 week program we offer 4 sessions, including:
1.) Three Hypnotherapy Sessions with Agnieszka Echallier, CHt
2.) One Emotional Freedom Technique Session with Agnieszka Echallier, CHt
