Appointments
On your first visit you'll fill out an information questionnaire. Your answers will help me to know more about your physical and mental health, the nature of your problem and why you have chosen Hypnotherapy. We will set goals.
Then I'll show you the power of your imagination and demonstrate your capacity to respond, and allow you to feel comfortable with the state of hypnosis.
We will be talking with each other throughout the session. Using trance, I'll explore the root of the problem and help you change deep-seated emotions, behaviour and unsupportive beliefs.
You will come out of hypnosis feeling refreshed, relaxed and at peace. You'll remember details of the session.
Most sessions typically last about an hour and a half. However, the initial appointment usually takes 120 minutes, and more often than not, you may never need to see me again!
The sessions are completely client-centred and my main aim is for you to achieve your positive goal in a timely and effective manner.
What does it mean: Client centred hypnotherapy?
My job as a Hypnotherapist is to “Deals with what emerges”. Sometimes what emerges is a client resisting certain hypnotic techniques; therefore it is essential to fit the technique to the client, not the client to the technique. I know and use variety of techniques to change the pattern and beliefs in most efficient and positive way. Many times I use hypnotic regression or parts therapy.
What type of people come for a session?
My clients come from many different walks of life. The range of people include, school teachers, yoga instructors, artists, nurses, shop assistants, lawyers, accountants, directors, self-employed, hairdressers, mothers, fathers and siblings.
Disclaimer: Hypnotherapy is in no way intended to replace or be a substitute for any medical procedures, medical care, diagnosis or medical treatment but rather an addition to your overall well-being. I am not a medical provider of any type and do not, under any circumstance, diagnose, cure or treat in any way medical conditions, illnesses, or diseases nor do I suggest replacing the treatment of a medical doctor. Should I suspect that my client is suffering from an undiagnosed illness or condition, I will immediately refer them to their primary care physician.
